Service Description
Add the Soft Play Theme Add-On to any Soft Play Package. Did you know we can add a theme of your choice to any booking? From 'jungle', 'two the moon', to 'teddy bear's picnic' - get your event booked in and let us know which theme you'd like to add. Package includes: Themed soft toys and graphics on the equipment matching your theme choice Deliverables from Soft Play Package of your choice Price includes delivery to and set up at your party venue (within 20 mile radius of BH24). We'll then come and pack it all away for you at the end of your party. All equipment is throughly cleaned and sanitised between events to ensure hygiene is maintained. Please note, collection times beyond 19:00 will require an overnight surcharge. Please contact us for more information.
Cancellation Policy
1. Full payment is due within 2 weeks of your hire time 2. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk 3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund 4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value
