Booking and Cancellation

1.  A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking

2.  Full payment is then due within 2 weeks of your hire time 

2. Should you need to cancel, cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk

3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund 

4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value
