1. Full payment is due within 2 weeks of your hire time
2. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk
3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund
4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value
