Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is due within 2 weeks of your hire time 2. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk 3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund 4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value

Choose from our range of soft play additional extras, available at all Soft Play Party Hire Locations (our add-ons can be chosen on the booking form, once a package and date has been selected).

Bubble Machine Add-On

• Bubble Machine - only available in Bournemouth

(Please note, this really does blow a lot of bubbles and is therefore only recommended for outdoor use as hall floors end up a bit slippery with all those popped bubbles all over them).

Gazebo Add-On
