At Soft Play Party Hire, we have the perfect solution for your little one's birthday party. Our Grey & White Soft Play with Bouncy Castle package is PIPA safety tested and suitable for children up to 5 years old. With this package, you get a mix of soft play shapes and a bouncy castle to guarantee hours of fun for the little ones. Book today and plan a stress-free party for your little ones. Package includes: Bouncy Castle Soft Play Blocks / Castle Soft Play Step, Slide & Tunnel Soft Play Rocker Soft Mat Flooring Price includes delivery to and set up at your party venue We'll then come and pack it all away for you at the end of your party. All equipment is throughly cleaned and sanitised between events to ensure hygiene is maintained. Please note, collection times beyond 19:00 will require an overnight surcharge. Please contact us for more information. Payment of the balance is due two weeks before the event takes place. An invoice reminder will be sent via email.
Cancellation Policy
1. Full payment is due within 2 weeks of your hire time 2. Cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk 3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund 4. In the event of adverse weather for outdoor events a reschedule will be offered or a 50% refund of the booking value
